Inov 8 Bare XF 210 – for the winter type

Inov8 Bare XF 210 is the perfect shoe for crossfit training and strength training. You get an incredibly light shoe of only 210 grams, with a firm grip and a flat sole, which together give you the best conditions for your crossfit training. The shoe sits very naturally around your foot with a fairly tight fit. There is also Inov8 Bare XF 260, which focuses more on the weightlifting part, while the 210 is for all-round crossfit.

Inov8 XF 210 is available in several different colors, which you can see here on the page. It is a crossfit shoe for the type who wants the best, the coolest and the fastest. The shoe is anatomically constructed, which means that you get a tight and performance-oriented fit. To make the Inov8 Bare XF 210 as light as possible, there is no midsole and a zero drop from heel to toe. Below you see the most popular version of the model – black and minimalist. The shoe is available in a wide range of sizes, from size 37 to 48 and can be found in most stores that sell Inov8’s products. This is because the model has simply become so popular among cross trainers. The shoe itself is very tough and is designed uniquely for crossfit.

Should crossfit shoes have a low profile and zero drop?

Not necessarily. The Crossfit wave has come together with natural running, ecology and sustainability. For the same reason, many Crossfit shoes focus on having a very flat sole and a low drop. This gives you a very natural running style, Crossfit style and weightlifting style. There is a religious debate going on regarding heel to toe drop in weightlifting shoes and Crossfit shoes. Overall, I am in favor of lifting weights as naturally as possible. You can do that with the Inov8 Bare XF 210.
