The shoe has a 0mm drop – this means you get a very natural flow to your training. If you are looking for a shoe for crossfit, this is a sensible choice if you are used to the barefoot style without much shock absorption.

If you are a beginner and would like to be able to use the shoe for light running as well, then this is not the shoe for you. The Inov8 F Lite 192 is for the experienced crossfitter.
