A pretty solid neutral running shoe – just like you usually do when it comes to the Nike Vomero. No, kidding aside, not because the shoe isn’t good, but this update of course contains some new features for him or her who wants to run in the Nike Zoom Vomero. This time we have reached version 14.
The Nike Zoom Vomero is the top model in neutral running shoes for mass training from Nike. And the Nike Zoom Vomero 14 certainly doesn’t change that.

The shoe has received a few pretty good updates that runners can really benefit from, and if you haven’t experienced it yet, you have something to look forward to.

The look of the shoe alone has become sharper. It has become “faster” to look at, if you can describe it that way. Much more fit and streamlined design. And if you have looked at other newer Nike running shoes, you will also be able to see that the heel that has this pointed end (the duck butt) has been included in the Nike Zoom Vomero 14. It is also used in the Nike Pegasus Turbo.
Of course, the pointed tail has a purpose. It should give you a better and not least faster take-off. Now that we’re on this part of the shoe. Also note that the Nike Vomero 14 has this higher heel cap that was probably first launched in the Nike Pegasus 35. A heel cap that I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about. But with great shame. Because it turned out to be a really cool update. Your heel is just protected in soft foam, and it gives a fantastic feeling.

The upper has been slightly redesigned so that it is now softer and more flexible. And you get some really cool ventilation/breathability in the Nike Vomero 14. The upper is flanked by Flywire cables, which is this technology that Nike has developed with cables that attach to the sole of the shoe and that hold your laces. It gives a solid and quite unique fit.

The outsole is new and special. Take a look at the sole and you will experience a slightly strange sight. It almost looks like someone has tried to split the outsole of the Nike Zoom Vomero 14 with an axe. but fortunately that is not the case. Fit

It has a good fit. So, in short and to the point. It’s hard to explain what really makes it have a good fit, other than it’s a super cool material that the upper in the Nike Vomero is made of, and it just has found a fit that fits the vast majority of Scandinavian feet. Well, then of course there’s also the fact that the Nike Vomero also has the Flywire system integrated into the upper. The system that sits inside the upper, and that connects the midsole with the lacing system, so that you can pull the upper all the way to the foot, and thereby achieve the perfect fit.
