Competition race -test winners 2014
The basis for our test of competition running shoes has been to evaluate the shoes based on a number of different parameters, including: fit, weight, launch, heel-to-toe drop, compactness and many more. Here are the test winners in the competition running shoes category 2014.
- Nike Flyknit Racer(4 out of 5 stars)
- Asics DS Racer 10(4 out of 5 stars)
Trail running – test winners 2014
Our test of trail running shoes 2014 has been quite exhaustive. There are of course trail shoes that have not been tested, but it is our assessment that we have tested a very wide range of the market within trail shoes. A good trail shoe, in our assessment, must be light, meet the challenges that come along the way, and sit comfortably even over longer distances in very uneven terrain.
- Inov8 Trailroc 255 (5 out of 5 stars)
- Saucony Powergrid Peregrine 4 (4 out of 5 stars)
Natural running – test winners 2014
A good natural running shoe is, in the 2014 test, a running shoe with minimal support that provides little or no shock absorption. There should be a low heel to toe drop and the weight should be minimal. Here are the test winners, who were chosen among many other natural running running shoes.
- Asics Gel Lyte33 3 (5 out of 5 stars)
- New Balance Minimus Zero / Road / Trail (4 out of 5 stars)
