Why a video dictionary?

You may be sitting there thinking, no, I don’t want to hear or watch any more of him and his video chatter. You are more than welcome to turn the screen away, but it would be stupid to turn off the sound if you want to know more. When it comes to terms, concepts and functionalities within running. Believe me, it can be easy to get caught up in words, even without it being completely understandable. That’s why we have chosen the video approach.
