Salomon sizes can be a bit tricky when it comes to running shoes. It doesn’t make it any easier when the different running stores don’t show sizes in all measurements (US, UK, EU), but often only one or sometimes two measurements. The advantage of this notation is that there will be a more uniform difference between the different sizes in EU measurements. There is sometimes a little confusion about the size selection, but I must say that in most cases Salomon shoes fit quite well. Salomon has no incentive to make running shoes that do not fit the users. However, there may be special cases where their shoes are particularly small in size. If you are in doubt, I can recommend that you buy the shoes ½ size larger than what is normal.
