My personal recommendation when it comes to Saucony sizes

I usually wear size 42 in Saucony running shoes. This is the same size I wear in other brands. There is therefore no difference between the sizes in Saucony and from the other larger running brands. Normally, the lighter competition shoes are a little smaller in size, which is why they are often bought half a size larger.
