Are you hungry for a new personal record in 5 km? With this advanced 5 km running program, there are good opportunities to shave seconds (even minutes) off your personal record.
I have used this running program myself and variations of it, where in 4 months I went from just over 20 minutes for 5 km to 15.58 for 5 kilometers – which is also my personal record..
Who is this running program aimed at?
- You don’t have to be an experienced runner, but you must be able to run 5 km in less than 22 minutes – otherwise the program is too hard
- You should have trained in endurance sports 2-3 times a week for the past year.
- You must be able to run 20 kilometers without major difficulties.
- You want to knock minutes off your 5km time
