I have used this running program myself and variations of it, where in 4 months I went from just over 20 minutes for 5 km to 15.58 for 5 kilometers – which is also my personal record..

Who is this running program aimed at?

  • You don’t have to be an experienced runner, but you must be able to run 5 km in less than 22 minutes – otherwise the program is too hard
  • You should have trained in endurance sports 2-3 times a week for the past year.
  • You must be able to run 20 kilometers without major difficulties.
  • You want to knock minutes off your 5km time
